ALPRO^® Corrugated Acoustical Wall Baffles are an ideal acoustical solution for retrofit applications or new construction where reverberant noise is a problem. ALPRO^® wall baffles ship assembled; each modular unit consists of a corrugated or flat perforated metal face, framed by 2"metal trims which surround the acoustically absorbent material. ALPRO^® wall baffles are commonly secured to the wall using flush mounts and accessories are included to make this product quick-to-deploy. Offset mounts may also be used for added acoustics; typical installations achieve NRC ratings of 1.00-1.15. ALPRO^® wall baffles undergo powder-coating post-fabrication using Gordon's AAMA 2604 durable finish, protecting them from corrosion that can be common in industrial settings. ALPRO^® ceiling baffles are uniquely appropriate for use in industrial facilities such as water treatment plants, or in humid environments such as natatoriums, as well as in gymnasiums and auditoriums. Choose from 8 corrugation patterns. Standard perforation offers 13.2% open area and can achieve NRC ratings of 1.00 or above. Panels are available in aluminum or steel.
